Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To return your item, it must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, unopened , with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase. The product or packaging must be unopened to be eligible for a refund.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returned items will not be accepted without a prior return request.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will automatically be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund.
